Employee Engagement is your employees' ability and willingness to contribute to organizational success, especially their willingness to give "discretionary effort," going beyond what is typically required in their position to make the organization successful. Co-Worker Engagement Training Module This new e-learning module will engage learners in a variety of learning techniques including simulations, quizzes, and best practices to help individuals work most effectively with their co-workers. Content includes tactics and strategies for working effectively with co-workers based on preferences in the areas of communication, work styles, support, task completion, work attitudes, and stress reduction. This training tool will be suitable for all employees and leadership levels, and can be used in conjunction with TalentKeepers' Co-Worker Engagement Tool or as stand-alone training.
