Through our Workplace America research and 18 years of experience with our clients, we’ve learned the critical role leaders at all levels play in increasing engagement and retention.  Now we’ve taken a closer look at how organizations are using leaders in their organizations for engagement efforts. Over 360 organizations participated in the study with 64% employing over 1,000 employees.  Respondents came from a variety of industries across the US.
