Generation Y, or Millennials as they often are called, is rapidly entering the workforce, bringing values, opinions and work styles many HR professionals are unaccustomed to. HR plays a central role in helping their organizations welcome and assimilate this new generation, coach leaders on how best to manage them and ensure they are actively engaged in their roles.
