Does it matter how many employees I have in my organization? Can I use the materials in the package for any number of employees?

The license you purchase allows you to use the materials in our Survey Essentials, Creating a Culture of Engagement, and Leader Engagement Effectiveness Packages with an unlimited number of employees within one (1) organization.  If you want to use the content in more than one organization you will need to purchase a separate license for each organization. Our Engagement and Retention Leadership Training Series requires a separate purchase/license for each individual leader using the training modules.

How do I actually implement a survey with the Survey Essential Package materials?

Once your purchase is complete, you may access your materials in your TalentKeepers account dashboard. Be sure you are logged into our site with your membership credentials. Then click on My Account in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Next, click on the DIY Engagement Surveys blue tab. Now you may download a zipped PDF which contains all the materials you will need for implementation. Once your download is complete, navigate to the folder when the PDF was downloaded to on your computer. Click on “unzip file.” Now you are ready to begin increasing engagement in your organization.

What if I only want one part of the package, do I have to purchase the entire package?

We’ve developed our engagement packages with all of the essential materials you will need to be successful. The materials are only available in the currently offered packages.

What are the Terms and Conditions for using the DIY Survey Packages?

Payments

I don't have a Paypal account, how can I pay?

You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay for a TalentKeepers product and you do not need to create one.  Simply select the payment option, enter in your information and submit your credit or debit card information.

My company will not allow me to use Paypal, how can I pay?

Paypal is currently our only payment processor. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay for a TalentKeepers product and you do not need to create one. Simply select the payment option, enter in your information and submit your credit or debit card information.

My credit card is being rejected by Paypal, how can I pay?

Double check that the information you are submitting in the payment form; Name, Address, Phone, all must match the information on file with the credit card company. If this information does not match, your bank will not approve the transaction. For example, if a card is issued to a corporation at its headquarters in Boston with a Boston address and you enter in your local business office location address in Atlanta, your bank will not approve that payment to Paypal.

I don’t have a credit card, I only have a debit card, how can I pay?

You may use credit or debit cards for payment.

I can’t use a credit card to pay for the product, can you bill me?

We accept only credit or debit card payments for payment.

How can I obtain a copy of my receipt?

 A receipt for payment for your purchase was automatically sent to the email address provided during registration. Sometimes emails may land in spam folders or quarantine depending on your IT department settings on your email provider, so please check there first. Or you may email a request to solutions@talentkeepers.com and we will email you a copy of your receipt.

Technical

I purchased One of the DIY Survey Packages, how do I access the information?

  2. Right-click the .zip folder and choose Extract All.
  3. Select the location where you want your extracted files to appear and click Extract. Extracting to the desktop make files easier to find but don’t store them here permanently.
  4. Your extracted files will now appear on your desktop or in whatever location you chose in step two.
The download is in a zip file. What is that and how can I open it?

A .zip file is a compressed version of a larger file or folder. It’s still the same file, just boxed up so that it takes up less space. Smaller files are easier to share via email and cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, etc.), so compressing something to a .zip is common in many settings. Once your download is complete, navigate to the folder when the PDF was downloaded to on your computer. Then:

  1. Right-click the .zip folder and choose Extract All.
  2. Select the location where you want your extracted files to appear and click Extract. Extracting to the desktop make files easier to find but don’t store them here permanently.
  3. Your extracted files will now appear on your desktop or in whatever location you chose in step two.
What if I can’t open the zipped file?

Opening a zip file should be easy following the steps above. If you are unable to extract the files we recommend you contact your IT support for assistance.

I've misplaced the materials, can I download again?

Yes, you may download the materials as often as needed within 30 days of purchase.

Is there any limit to the number of times I download the package materials?

No, you may download the materials as often as needed within 30 days of purchase.

Is there an expiration date on the package download?

Yes. You may download the materials as often as needed within 30 days of purchase.

How often can I use the materials in the package?

The license you purchase for the Survey Essentials, Creating a Culture of Engagement, and Leader Engagement Effectiveness Packages allows for unlimited usage of the materials within one (1) organization which is named in the purchase process. If you want to use the content in more than one organization you will need to purchase a separate license for each organization.  The license you purchase for the Engagement and Retention Leadership Training Series requires a separate purchase/license for each individual leader using the training modules and these materials may be used by each individual for whom a license has been purchased for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
