The Survey

The results are available to leaders 24/7 at multiple levels:

Participation results.  In order for an organization to achieve a high survey participation rate it is important to monitor participation daily or at least weekly and follow-up with those employees who have not completed the survey. Additionally, email reminders are sent to those who haven’t completed the survey yet.

Individual leaders can access their team members’ results on-line as well as elect to print out their results within 7 days after the survey administration closes.

Aggregate results. Your organization will also be able to review group data by demographic factors that are most important to you within 30 days after the survey administration closes.

Online Action Planning (OAP).  Designated users are able to track progress and share results.
