Our Executive Team
Christopher P. Mulligan, Founder & CEO
Chris is our CEO, leading our team of talented professionals who create and manage employee engagement and retention solutions for clients across the globe. Chris’ passion for talent management began over 25 years ago and led him to co-found TalentKeepers in 2000. On any given week, Chris may meet with clients, work with the client services team to make sure our solutions are being delivered smoothly, or the IT team to create enhancements to our solutions suite.
Before TalentKeepers, Chris was the Vice President of Business Development and previous Vice President of Sales for AlignMark, a division of The Thomson Corporation and its former organization, Electronic Selection Systems (ESS) Corporation. Chris also worked with Assessment Designs International and as a Research Fellow for the U.S. Navy.
Chris is a member of the American Psychological Society and an Associate Member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.

Christian Grover, Director of Technology
Christian joined the TalentKeepers team in 2006 as the Director of Technology. He manages Software Development and I.T. Support and is responsible for expanding, implementing, and operating information technology programs, policies, and procedures. Christian is a leader in developing and implementing the company’s delivery platforms and assessment instruments. Plus, he manages a highly effective technical team, which provides software development, quality control, report development, and data analysis support.
Before joining TalentKeepers, Christian served as senior developer for Marlin eSourcing Solutions, a technology consultation and solutions provider, where he was responsible for developing and implementing company software. His leadership and expertise played a critical role in managing and enhancing the firm’s financial transactions, medical billing, and telephony systems. Christian pioneered the implementation of the firm’s warehouse management system.
Christian received his education in Computer Science Engineering at the J.B. Speed School of Engineering at the University of Louisville and worked in the Internet and computer industry for over 15 years. Christian’s broad technical qualifications include Microsoft Enterprise Level solutions and automation; reporting tools such as M.S. Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, and JasperReports; database and operating systems including MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and Sybase; and software development utilizing Java, PHP, ColdFusion, and ASP.
Kerri Mulligan, Chief Client & Talent Management Officer
Kerri Mulligan, Chief Client and Talent Management Officer, began her career with TalentKeepers in 2005. As Chief Client Officer, Kerri provides leadership and direction for a unified marketing, sales, and client services team. Kerri aligns the sales organization’s objectives with TalentKeepers’ business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting and budgeting, sales resource planning, and cross-divisional collaboration. Kerri ensures that the sales organization is ready to address the changing dynamics in the talent management industry. Her institutional knowledge, combined with years of leadership positions within TalentKeepers, makes her ideally suited to lead this effort.
Kerri helps her clients achieve and exceed their business objectives even when faced with the constant change of the market. She is keenly aware of formulas for success and shares that knowledge with her clients, often helping to improve employee engagement, retention, and culture that provide opportunities for higher performance. Her strong desire for mutual success between colleagues and clients motivates her to find innovative ways to collaborate and deliver outstanding results continually.
Kerri joined TalentKeepers in 2005, working in sales, client services, and management roles with an unwavering dedication to the company and industry. She currently serves on TalentKeepers’ executive committee.
Since 1999, Kerri has been using her human resources consulting experience and TalentKeepers’ research to help clients define their vision of success and build business cases. Additionally, Kerri leads and collaborates with our client services team to ensure smooth program implementations and client business objectives are achieved.
Before TalentKeepers, she was a Client Manager that consulted in HRO and Benefits Outsourcing for Hewitt Associates (AonHewitt). She was also their Operational Effectiveness Leader, where she successfully streamlined business practices, which boosted client and employee satisfaction across the organization.
Kerri has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, concentrating in Intercultural/Multicultural Diversity Studies from Central Florida.
During Kerri’s free time, she enjoys participating in outdoor activities like bicycling and sailing and participating with local charities (i.e., Junior Achievement, Goodwill, Catholic Charities). Giving back to the community is essential.

Laura Spear, Director of Marketing
Laura joined TalentKeepers in 2014 as Marketing Manager and was promoted to Director of Marketing where today she leads the marketing and communication efforts for our organization. Laura has an extensive background in marketing and product management. Prior to TalentKeepers, she worked in various product development, product management and marketing roles at Jostens, Pearson Publishing, Carlson Companies, eFunds, a division of Deluxe Corporation, Alere Home Monitoring and GeneLink Bioscience. Laura is responsible for all marketing and corporate communications for TalentKeepers. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and has an impressive collection of Green Bay Packer memorabilia on display in her office.
