Our Executive Team

Christopher P. Mulligan, Founder & CEO

Chris is our CEO, leading our team of talented professionals who create and manage employee engagement and retention solutions for clients across the globe. Chris’ passion for talent management began over 25 years ago and led him to co-found TalentKeepers in 2000. On any given week, Chris may meet with clients, work with the client services team to make sure our solutions are being delivered smoothly or the IT team to create enhancements to our solutions suite.

Before TalentKeepers, Chris was the Vice President of Business Development and previous Vice President of Sales for AlignMark, a division of The Thomson Corporation and its former organization, Electronic Selection Systems (ESS) Corporation. Chris also worked with Assessment Designs International and as a Research Fellow for the U.S. Navy.

Chris is a member of the American Psychological Society and an Associate Member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Florida State University, and a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.

Craig R. Taylor, Vice President Client Services


Craig has been a leader in the corporate training, organizational development and performance improvement profession for over 25 years. Craig spent many years with the Walt Disney Company where he led the Disney Institute’s rapid growth offering some of the most engaging and popular business seminars, including those under the “Disney Approach” and “Disney Keys” banner. Earlier in his career, Craig spent four years at American Express Company managing assessment centers, leadership training, and career development initiatives for employees. He has served as Vice President of Marketing for Click2Learn (now SumTotal Systems), spent 10 years with Wilson Learning Corporation and has been an adjunct professor of Psychology. During his career, Craig has chaired the Editorial Advisory Board for T+D, ASTD’s monthly magazine, has been a contributing editor and regular columnist. Craig has authored numerous, feature articles on employee retention and talent management, is a former columnist for T&D Magazine and won the Walker Award for article of the year in People and Strategy journal. He has presented at many national conferences and events. Craig earned a BA in Psychology, and M.Ed. and Ed.S.degrees in Counselor Education, all from the University of Florida.

Christian Grover, Director of Technology

Christian joined the TalentKeepers team in 2006 as the Director of Technology. He manages Software Development and IT Support and is responsible for the expansion, implementation, and operation of information technology programs, policies and procedures. He’s a leader in developing and implementing the company’s delivery platforms and assessment instruments. Plus, he manages a highly effective technical team, which provides software development, quality control, report development, and data analysis support.



Prior to joining TalentKeepers, Christian served as senior developer for Marlin eSourcing Solutions, a technology consultation and solutions provider, where he was responsible for developing and implementing company software. His leadership and expertise played a key role managing and enhancing the firm’s systems including financial transactions, medical billing, and telephony systems. Christian pioneered the implementation of the firm’s warehouse management system.

Christian received his education in Computer Science Engineering at the J.B. Speed School of Engineering at University of Louisville and has been working in the Internet and computer industry for over 15 years. Christian’s broad technical qualifications include: Microsoft Enterprise Level solutions and automation; reporting tools such as MS Visual Basic, Crystal Reports and JasperReports; database and operating systems including MS SQL, Oracle, mySQL and Sybase; and software development utilizing Java, PHP, ColdFusion and ASP.

Kerri Weber, Director, Talent Management Strategy Consultant


Kerri leads our business development team as the Director of Talent Management Strategy Consulting. In her role, she works collaboratively with human resources and operations professionals, across the globe, to understand their biggest talent management and business challenges. With this knowledge, Kerri identifies solutions specifically designed to increase employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and overall performance goals. Since 1999, Kerri has been using her human resources consulting experience along with TalentKeepers’ own research to help clients clearly define their vision of success, build business cases, and partner with our client services team to ensure smooth program implementations and client business objectives are achieved.

Kerri has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Intercultural/Multicultural Diversity Studies, from the University of Central Florida. Before TalentKeepers, she was a Client Manager that consulted in HRO and Benefit Outsourcing for Hewitt Associates (AonHewitt). Kerri was also their Operational Effectiveness Leader where she successfully streamlined business practices, which boosted client satisfaction across the organization.

During Kerri’s free time, she enjoys participating in outdoor activities like bicycling and sailing as well as getting involved with local charities (i.e. Junior Achievement, Goodwill) in order to give back to her community.

Laura Spear, Director of Marketing


Laura joined TalentKeepers in 2014 as Marketing Manager and was promoted to Director of Marketing where today she leads the marketing and communication efforts for our organization.

Laura has an extensive background in marketing and product management. Prior to TalentKeepers, she worked in various product development,  product management and marketing roles at Jostens, Pearson Publishing, Carlson Companies and eFunds, a division of Deluxe Corporation., Alere Home Monitoring and GeneLink Bioscience.

Laura is responsible for all marketing and corporate communications for TalentKeepers.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and has an impressive collection of Green Bay Packer memorabilia on display in her office.
